Sorry for not knowing the makes etc but am just one of those happy snappers that likes the look of things and takes pictures of them. This was at the Earls Barton Rally 27/8/12.

I managed to borrow the programme from the person I went with.
NW 8198 - Fowler Road Roller Built 1924 Model No 16175. New to Bakewell Council and then sold on to Matlock Council.
